A few words about game-based recruitment

They offer an innovative way of pre-selecting candidates, assessing their technical skills and comparing them with those required by the position to be filled. These tools not only boost productivity, but also enhance corporate culture and minimize the cognitive biases inherent in human assessment. Recruitment and soft skills assessment via a face-to-face escape game for Eiffage
Eiffage Construction uses escape game-type tools to assess candidates’ soft skills. These games help to identify potential candidates, complementing traditional recruitment methods.
This was particularly true of the serious game we deployed for Eiffage Construction.
Urban Gaming case study
A game for recruitment and employer branding in engineering schools for Mazars
This case study proposes an online escape game, a tool for discovering technological professions. These escape games make a major contribution to the development of candidates and the discovery of new professions, and can be played remotely in France.
They introduce engineering school students to the Group’s technology businesses, and are often complemented by an online serious game.
This was one of the results of our serious game experiment deployed for Mazars.
